ABOUT ME

I love people, and I love when people prosper. To be able to make a difference in your life is what drives me. Motivates me to go to my job even on Saturdays or holidays.

I give you all my attention, making sure your form is where it should be in the gym, but when you come home, its not the details you remember.

 

You remember being seen, and your body feels energized, and little by little all this sessions give you a better life quality.

 

Pain is good, body fat reduced, cardio goals reached, confidence regained, all the while we "just" had fun.

 

 

With precision, dedication and increasing knowledge, we achieve your goals together.

As a coach, I motivate you to find your inner motivation. To train with me is to be part of a team. Our team. When you have a team to guide you, lift you up- you end up finding yourself in new places. On the next level, and from there, you continue to climb.

 

The right technique is fundamental to achieving the results you want. With a clear goal, and a good progression plan, we are slowly rushing to where you want to go.

 

With my background in athletics, handball, dance and Pilates, I can offer a varied range of training. I tailor training programs according to body type, skill level and goals.

 

Training is perishable, so for me it is important that you acquire knowledge that you can use on your own and that we have fun together along the way.
